TNT-Fortuna AG was founded in 2016 in 6300 Zug. We create technology companies from scratch and take long-term positions in founders solving hard technical problems.
Who we are
TNT-Fortuna sits between a venture studio, a holding company and an investment firm. We employ engineers, designers and operators, and we deploy our own capital alongside that of a small group of aligned partners.
Because we build products ourselves, we understand what separates a promising prototype from a durable business: distribution, unit economics, regulatory fit and a team that can execute for years.
What drives us
We believe the most valuable companies of the next decade will be built at the intersection of software, data and regulated infrastructure — areas where Switzerland has a structural advantage.
